What you will do:
* Conduct comprehensive Form F Assessments, participate in fostering panels, and approve foster carers who meet rigorous standards.
* Offer regular supervision, provide guidance, and deliver emotional support to ensure compliance with fostering regulations and create a nurturing environment for children.
* Monitor the safety, well-being, and development of children in foster care, ensuring a stable and supportive placement.
* Work collaboratively with social workers, educational institutions, health professionals, and legal teams to foster a cohesive support network for each child.
* Deliver training sessions and workshops designed to enhance the skills and knowledge of foster carers.
* Identify and address safeguarding concerns, conduct risk assessments, and develop effective stability plans for fostering environments.
* Work towards achieving long-term goals such as fostering, adoption, or reunification with birth families, promoting stability and permanency for children.
