Harper Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a successful, prestigious organisation who are leaders in the professional services sector. They are looking for an experienced EA to provide support to the Chief Operating Officer (COO).
What will the role involve?
1. Complex diary management, scheduling meetings and appointments
2. Preparing documentation and gathering information prior to meetings
3. Manage the COO's inbox - highlighting urgent emails and triaging appropriately
4. Making travel arrangements and organising accommodation
5. Taking minutes of meetings and collating reports and preparing presentations
6. Record and submit the COO's expenses
7. Assist with a variety of projects and initiatives
Who are we looking for?
1. Proven experience in a similar role as an Executive Assistant to C-Suite level or equivalent
2. Proficient in IT, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
3. Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
4. Comfortable liaising with stakeholders at all levels
5. Smart, professional and diligent approach
