My client is an Artificial Intelligence (A.I.) startup established in 2012 that develops advanced visual search and image recognition solutions to help businesses in eCommerce and content publishing. Utilizing cutting-edge R&D in Machine Learning and Computer Vision technology, they can recommend visually-similar items to online shoppers, either on e-commerce platforms when they browse or search by uploading a picture or on content publisher platforms like social media and video networks.

The Job
Assist the HR Manager in the smooth day-to-day HR Operations activities relating to the employee lifecycle, which includes but is not limited to the following:
* On/Off Boarding - coordinating and arranging on/off-boarding contractual and logistic arrangements, which includes company properties, adherence to company policies, and ensuring utmost support to new and existing staff during the process.
* Benefits Management - coordinating, tracking, and organizing company benefits administration (i.e. leave management, claims, etc.), addressing employees' questions, claims processing, insurance administration, and HRIS system management.
* Payroll Administration - monthly payroll processing support and consolidation activities.
* HR/Employment Reporting - co-owning and delivering monthly and quarterly manpower, headcount, and budget reporting practices.
* HR Ops Due Diligence - owning and conducting audits on HR data and systems; ensuring data integrity is maintained.
* Manage all matters pertaining to government organizations and affiliated organizations.
* Oversee pass applications and issuance for all foreign employees.
* Demonstrate good understanding of Employment Law to ensure compliance and sound execution of HR procedures and practices.
* Assist both internal and external meetings, engagements, and activities (i.e. company-wide events), including meeting agenda & material preparations, venue bookings, etc.
* Perform other ad-hoc activities as part of HR-wide initiatives.
The Talent
* Minimum 4 years of HR administration/operations experience.
* Good MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel); being data-centric and driven will be advantageous.
* An independent and resourceful go-getter with amicable interpersonal skills.
* A keen eye for detail and meticulous.
* Strong initiative, organized, and proactive.
* Enjoys working within a team and in a fast-paced dynamic organization.
