About the Role:
An incredible opportunity has opened within the Mears Group, searching for a skilled Plasterer to maintain and advance our housing standards. While working in accordance with the relevant Safety Regulations and procedures, you will provide comprehensive plastering skills to service the public, commercial and domestic premises within their local area. Working in void properties.
Role Criteria:
* Experience of working within Building Construction and Maintenance Industry.
* Preparing and plastering walls.
* Programming and maintaining work within domestic and commercial premises.
* Strong ability in tracing, diagnosing and rectifying faults.
* Knowledge of drawing and systematic drawings.
* Demonstrate through knowledge the skills, technology, and safety procedures within the field.
* Have customer and client driven attitude to maintain a relationship with them.
