Job Description
Proclinical is seeking a Service Desk Analyst with strong German language skills to join our Specialty Service Desk team. In this role, you will provide technical and application support to employees globally, primarily focusing on the EMEA region. This position requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues effectively.
Responsibilities:
• Handle initial client contact via phone, email, chat, or portal.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT/application issues or escalate as needed.
• Document activities in ServiceNow and ensure SLA compliance.
Requirements:
• Native/almost native German; additional European language is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and IT troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work shifts and be in the office 50% of the time.
