As a Financial Promotions/marketing specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all marketing materials and communications align with regulatory standards and best practices. You will work within a small team collaborating across the business to review and approve financial promotions. Key Responsibilities: Review, analyse, and approve financial promotions and marketing content, ensuring compliance with FCA regulations and other applicable guidelines. Provide expert advice to marketing and investment teams on compliance matters related to financial promotions. Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and ensure timely updates to internal policies and practices. Maintain thorough documentation of reviews and approvals for regulatory audits and internal records. Assist in the development and implementation of compliance training for staff Experience Required: 3 years marketing/financial promotions compliance experience, ideally within an asset manager Strong understanding of FCA rules and guidance concerning financial promotions. Proven ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. A meticulous attention to detail and an ability to identify and address compliance risks.
