Sydenham House recruits based on values. We welcome applications from those who hold a Level 2 QCF qualification in Health & Social Care (and are willing to work towards your Level 3) OR from those who have demonstrable experience. You must also have experience working in a care and support setting, leading a team.
Positions Available:
* 1x 12 Month Fixed Term Contract x 29 hours per week
* 1x Permanent role x 26 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Included alternate weekends, 7.30am - 3pm and 2.30pm - 9.30pm
As a valued member of Sydenham House team, Care Supervisors are key to helping us provide the support and care our residents deserve. Responsibilities include:
* Leading and guiding your care team to deliver a quality service to our customers
* Demonstrating a person-led approach and being a role model for our values and behaviours
* Participating in medicines management to ensure safe medication practice
* Being part of the management team, working alongside health care professionals and building relationships with families and colleagues
Our Care Supervisor pay rate of £13.12 per hour (£14.12 on weekends!) recognizes the value of our team members.
