We are seeking a skilled Business Partner in Human Resources and Compliance to support the HR&C Director and collaborate with key leaders within the organisation. This role will require the flexibility to travel across sites in the South East of England.
Key Responsibilities:* Develop and implement HR policies aligned with statutory requirements and best practices.* Provide expert advice on HR matters and compliance, ensuring all staff understand their roles and performance standards.* Support the management of pay and reward strategies, promoting consistency across the organisation* Build effective relationships with unions and report on HR matters as needed.* Ensure compliance with data protection laws and manage Freedom of Information requests.* Maintain and manage the HR Information System (HRIS) and line manage assigned staff.
