My Client a well known Law Firm are looking to recruit a Learning and Development Associate.
Duties:
* Design and Deliver Training: Develop and deliver engaging training content to support colleagues across all departments, both in-person and virtually.
* Learning Needs Analysis: Proactively conduct learning needs analyses to identify gaps and opportunities, ensuring our training solutions are tailored to the evolving needs of the firm.
* Facilitation: Lead interactive workshops (face-to-face and virtual) to foster learning and development across the firm.
* LMS Management: Oversee the management of content on our Kallidus Learning Management System ('Learn'), ensuring it's up-to-date, tracking user engagement, compliance, and impact evaluation.
* Collaboration: Partner with key departments, including project management, HR, recruitment, IT, and fee-earning departments, to create continuous learning opportunities.
* Evaluation and Reporting: Measure the impact of training initiatives using LMS analytics, surveys, and stakeholder feedback. Continuously refine programs to improve their effectiveness.
* Travel Flexibility: Be available to travel between offices (Leeds, Sheffield) as required, with the flexibility to work remotely after an initial in-office period.
