The Role:
* Proactively manage and build strong client and insurer relationships.
* Negotiate, place, and report on various insurance aspects at renewal, mid-term, and new business stages.
* Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and maintain high-quality client service standards.
The Person:
* Minimum 2 years of broking experience in Commercial insurance.
* Client-focused with the ability to forge strong relationships.
* IT proficient, with desirable experience in Acturis.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to excel in a team environment.
