This is an opportunity for a senior marketing manager to take the lead on award-winning events, managing the London based marketing team and working closely with the wider production team.
The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing year-round marketing strategies. This role focuses on expanding the event portfolio, enhancing the team's commercial focus, and driving higher attendance and overall commercial success.

Key responsibilities:
* Managing the strategy, planning and execution of all marketing campaigns in line with project objectives with a commercial mindset.
* Working colloboratively with sales and productiuon teams to ensure to align on targets.
* Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns.
* Work with key media and promotional partners.
* Setting data strategy and working with the research team to build data, segment, identify gaps, developing new data sources, and implementing a data build plan – focused on maximising engagement, qualified leads and conversion.
Requirements:
* Strong B2B event marketing experience, ideally currently managing a team.
* Proven experience of budget management.
* Commercial mindset and proven experience of using data-backed decision making to inform campaign plans and recommendations.
* A team player who looks to develop high-performing marketing teams.
* Experience working across conferences, exhibitions and networking events.
