Contracts Manager - Voids, Repairs & General Building

Coverage Area: Berkshire, Buckinghamshire & Oxfordshire

Our well-established client, a leading contractor specialising in voids, repairs, and general building services, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple contracts across Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, and Oxfordshire. With a diverse range of projects including home improvements, property services, and general handyman work from small renovations to large-scale builds, this role offers an exciting opportunity for a driven professional to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities to meet contractual requirements.
Oversee construction schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely project delivery.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer communication and issue resolution.
Attend site and client meetings to monitor progress and resolve any challenges.Key Requirements:
Proven experience in contract management, particularly within the building and construction sector.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; experience with additional company software is a plus.
Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accurate documentation and order processing.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
