A large, long-standing and reputable company who has a wide client network are seeking a Temporary Sales Ledger Assistant to join their busy finance department.
Your new role
As the Sales Ledger Assistant, you will hold a varied role where your skills and ability to multitask will play a huge part in your success. With your keen eye and attention to detail, you will be tasked with the allocation & posting of cash, allocation of remittances, sending out copy invoices, and ad-hoc general credit/billings related administrative work.
Working alongside the Credit Controllers and the wider team, you will report to the AR Manager and work individually but with the wider group.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Ideally, you will have some Sales Ledger/AR experience.
2. Customer service experience, able to deal with queries in a clear, professional, and prompt manner.
3. Previous credit control experience would be preferred but not essential.
4. Experience of working on SAP and Excel is preferable but not essential.
5. Able to work independently and within a wider team.
