We are recruiting a Senior Event Operations Manager to oversee the operations department at a 5* luxury hotel based in the Hertfordshire area.
You will oversee the events ranging from weddings, conferences, team building, award ceremonies, gala dinners and meetings. On event days, you will be responsible for the effective management of multiple events at any one time throughout the spaces within the hotel. These range from large dinners and conferences, through to smaller meetings and events.
You will manage the operations team and report into the Head of Operations, working closely with F&B departments and the planning department to ensure events run seamlessly.
This requires someone with experience in hotel event operations and managing a team.
