Job Title: Humanities Teacher Location: North West England, Lancashire, Leyland Job Type: Temporary, Full-Time hours Salary: £162.31 - £251.71 Per day Job Duties: Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and effective Humanities lessons for students Assess and evaluate students' progress through assignments, tests, and examinations Provide constructive feedback to students to support their learning and development Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive learning environment Participate in departmental meetings and professional development activities Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Humanities or related field Education: Teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent) Experience: Previous experience teaching Humanities at the secondary level Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of the Humanities curriculum Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to inspire and motivate students Organisational and time-management skills Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Education or related field Working Conditions: The role involves working in a school environment, following the academic calendar and schedule.
