The Senior Revenues and Benefits Officer will provide high quality advice and assistance to Revenues and Benefits customers. Responsibilities include:
1. Dealing with and resolving complex cases, including supported accommodation, private and social landlords, and appeals.
2. Resolving claims, liabilities, debts, and other enquiries within performance standards.
3. Undertaking routine staff management duties and supporting Revenues and Benefits Team Leaders.
