Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for delivering first class IT support? We’re looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our dynamic team at our London Bloomsbury campus. You’ll be responsible for providing high-quality technical support for onsite PC’s, MFDs, Wi-Fi, and classroom equipment, ensuring equipment and software is always completely functional and optimised. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth IT operations across our sites while delivering excellent customer service to students, staff and external visitors. The role is campus-based working 35 hours per week between the hours of 8am & 6pm. As our IT Support Engineer you will: Provide first-line and second-line IT support to users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues Maintain and support IT equipment including PCs, projectors, smartboards, conference phones and printers Manage and monitor IT support tickets, ensuring timely resolution Support IT asset tracking, including setup, movement and decommissioning of equipment Work closely with IT Support Team Leader and Senior IT Engineers to resolve incidents and improve IT services Is this you?: If you’re proactive, customer-focused, and ready to take on a new challenge, we’d love to hear from you. Experience in a customer service/technical support role Excellent knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365 Familiarity with IT service management tools (e.g. TOPdesk) Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Why join us?
