We are looking for an enthusiastic Placement Student - Engineering Plant Support to join our team specializing in Engineering Plant Support for our Power Systems Business Segment in Daventry. During your placement with us, you will learn how a major global organization operates, gaining the tools and exposure you will need to become an expert in the industry and power your potential This role is available to candidates who qualify for a placement year and will commence 1 July 2025.RESPONSIBILITIESIn this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:The scope of work covers all manufacturing lines including Blockline, Engine and Genset assembly, Cylinder head, Engine and Genset test.You will be involved in conducting investigation work and working with various subject matter experts to form a quick solution which will enhance your problem solving, adaptability, confidence, and technical knowledge.Although mainly a rapid response team, you will be in charge of long term projects (Engineering Change requests).
