This is an office-based role, reporting to the HR Generalists and will provide comprehensive support with all administration responsibilities. In this role, you will be the initial point of contact for employees at our Head Office and incoming communications to the HR department.,
* Complete new hires and termination processes in line with Group expectations
* Provide a great new-hire experience through the onboarding process - supporting the HR team with all onboarding including timely new hire documentation and organising Right to Work checks etc
* Data processing including updating HR systems Workday and Dayforce, uploading driving licence data on Licence-Link, and creating ad hoc reports as required
* Management of the probationary review process
* Supporting absence management processes including the Bradford Factor Process and monitoring Return to Works
* Assist with ensuring we are legally compliant with GDPR including abiding by the retention policy of employee information and ensure we are compliant with Company audit expectations
* Assisting with monthly payroll data which will include starters, transfers & leavers
* Participate in HR projects as required
* Supporting the management of the shared HR inbox as directed
* Overall support of the HR admin function for both UK and Ireland employees
* Ad hoc reception cover as required which will include processing daily post
* Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
