Job Description:
The Wave, Bristol, is recruiting Customer Service Team Members for our 2025 season! We have a number of full-time, fixed-term contracts available.
As a Customer Service Team Member, you will play an essential part in our visitors’ overall experience. As the first person they may speak to on the phone or via email, the customer experience team has the opportunity to set the tone for what will be an incredible visit at our ground-breaking venue. Our team is a fountain of knowledge for all things Wave to assist our visitors.

Our Customer Service Team Members:
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, social media, or live chat to our customers
* Handle customer queries and complaints to create resolutions that benefit both the business and the customer
* Drive revenue through the promotion of The Wave products and the conversion to sale
* Have a drive to hit all company KPIs, including, but not limited to, customer satisfaction, financial goals, and all contact center SLAs
* Maintain a strong attention to detail and strive for continuous improvement
* Use initiative to take a proactive approach to challenges and take ownership of tasks
* Ensure strong attention to detail in all communications and adherence to H&S rules
