Minimum Requirements: To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria: Experience: At least 1-2 years of nursery management experience in a nursery environment setting, with a strong understanding of the nursery curriculum. Qualifications: A relevant degree in Education or a related subject, along with a Level 3 or above in Childcare or equivalent in the UK. Skills: Strong early years environment management skills and the ability to create engaging and differentiated learning experiences. Training: Familiarity with safeguarding policies, assessment strategies, and inclusive nursery management practices. To be considered for the higher end of the salary bracket, candidates should demonstrate: Advanced Teaching Experience: Extensive experience in nursery management position. Leadership or Coordinator Roles: Experience as a subject lead, phase leader, or involvement in extracurricular activities. Professional Development: Continued professional development (CPD) in primary education, including advanced training in literacy, numeracy, or SEN support. Location: This role is based in Southend on Sea, within a well-established nursery environment.
