What's the job?
Helping to run a store within a store, you’ll make our trade offering stand out in a competitive market. You’ll get involved in everything from managing stock and planning the store to motivating and developing the team. You’ll also be given the freedom to get proactive about seeking out new business within the local trade community. And, crucially, you’ll build up strong relationships with local tradespeople – earning their trust and respect as well as their repeat business.
What we need:
Enthusiastic about creating an excellent customer experience, you’ll feel right at home with us. You know how to earn trust and ask the right questions, and you’re comfortable dealing with all kinds of different people. You’ve led teams before, and you have a nose for new business. You’ll be happy to expand your skills by using new technology and learning new ways of working. What’s more, you’re flexible enough to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
