Application Requirements:
• GCSE or equivalent qualifications in Maths, English, and Computer Skills.
• Proven experience working in a busy office environment, preferably in a school setting.
• Familiarity with data collection systems, ensuring accurate information for Census purposes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Publisher, and knowledge of software like Integris/Arbor.
• Financial experience, including database management, invoicing, and analysis.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise with diverse individuals face-to-face.
Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Building, maintaining, and managing the school pupil database.
• Assisting with financial tasks in collaboration with the School Business Manager.
• Overseeing pupil admissions, including IT analysis and liaising with Local Authority services.
• Maintaining pupil data assessment records.
• Providing secretarial and data preparation support for the Senior Leadership Team.
• Offering First Aid support, including managing supplies.
• Managing pupil school dinner arrangements and supporting Lunchtime Welfare.
• Handling diary management and maintaining the Fronter Portal.
• Providing administrative support for the Governors and fulfilling additional directives from the Headteacher.
• Supporting Lunchtime Welfare arrangements as required.
