Job Title: Teaching Assistant Location: North West England, Greater Manchester, Sale Job Type: Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £90 - £100 Per day Job Duties: Supporting classroom teachers in implementing lesson plans Assisting students with classwork and assignments Providing one-on-one support to students who need extra help Supervising students during class and at break times Helping to create a positive learning environment Required Qualifications: GCSEs in English and Maths Relevant teaching assistant qualification Education: Minimum of GCSE level education Experience: Previous experience working with children in an educational setting Knowledge and Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a team Patience and empathy towards students Organisational skills Preferred Qualifications: First Aid certification Experience working with special educational needs students Working Conditions: Working hours typically follow the school timetable May require some physical activity such as supervising outdoor play Opportunity for professional development and training All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
