Microsoft Dynamics CRM Systems Manager
Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Systems Manager to join our IT team and collaborate with various project teams. In this role, you will focus on developing and enhancing the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system, primarily supporting Sales and Customer Care functions. You'll be responsible for identifying and implementing system improvements, ensuring alignment with IT standards and strategic goals.
This is a hybrid role with approx. 2 trips to Doncaster per week.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as a primary interface between IT and business functions, ensuring processes and systems meet the business needs.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to deliver effective change and champion CRM adoption across the company.
* Lead system upgrades and updates, maximizing new functionality to add business value.
* Drive continuous improvement through Microsoft Dynamics to enhance business performance.
* Guide and support the IT team, serving as a coach and mentor.
* Manage support queries and promote data quality best practices.
* Use data and information to support informed decision-making.
