Barking, Havering and Redbridge NHS Trust serves a large community of 775k residents for three of the most diverse London boroughs. The post holder will lead the Nursing team in providing care to patients acting under the supervision of the Matron. Main Duties of the Job
This is an exciting post for a dynamic person to manage a busy 31 bedded Orthopaedic ward at Queen's Hospital. You will report to the divisional Matron. The post holder needs to be inspirational and passionate about their job and be an excellent role model to the staff they manage with experience within Surgery/Orthopaedics/Trauma.

Education/Qualifications
* Registered Nurse
Desirable:
* Nursing Degree
* Leadership certificate
* Orthopaedic course certification
Experience/Knowledge
* Substantial experience in a Surgical/trauma area and managing staff at band 6 or above
Skills/Abilities
* Ability to work flexibly within a multi-disciplinary team
