We’re looking for a full-time staff member to join the team and be part of our exciting business.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Delivering first-class customer service that ensures each and every customer gets a fantastic Lost City adventure.
* Serving and presenting beverages, including a selection of cocktails, quickly and efficiently, meeting our high standards.
* Hosting corporate events.
* Preparing food (full training available).
* Being a team player.
* Helping with external events.
* Strong communication skills both over the phone and face to face.
* A quick thinking, ‘can do’ attitude and an ability to work under pressure during exceptionally busy periods.
* Assisting in keeping the bar, front-of-house, golf courses, and toilets clean and tidy at all times.
Person Specification:
The ideal candidate for this role will have a warm and welcoming attitude, be able to remain calm and patient, and be self-motivated and able to take the initiative. We expect our staff to be honest, reliable, and professional at all times. You should have excellent timekeeping and be able to build and maintain good relationships with all team members.
