Your new company You will be joining a large organisation in Redditch to support a busy division on a long-term temporary basis, with the potential to move into a permanent position. Your new role This is a varied and busy role, supporting the management in critical tasks around planned and reactive maintenance, alongside administrative duties, to ensure that SLAs are met, and high service standards are achieved. Key duties include: Providing technical administration Delivering advice on quotations Planning and scheduling maintenance tasks/engineers Ensuring estimates are entered correctly into the system Assist with budget reports Attending client meetings with management where required Liaising with internal departments, senior management and stakeholders Business compliance Report writing and entering data General administrative support Additional tasks to support management where required This role is working in the office Monday to Friday for a 40-hour week. This is for an ongoing temporary post, with the opportunity to go permanent.
