Job Description
The key responsibilities of the Invoice Administrator include:
* Efficient processing and verification of invoices
* Performing data entry related to invoices and expenses
* Coordinating with suppliers to resolve any invoice discrepancies
* Preparing and maintaining accurate reports
* Assisting with month-end closing procedures
* Performing ad hoc accounting tasks as required
* Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
* Contributing to the continuous improvement of invoicing processes
The Successful Applicant
A successful Invoice Administrator should have:
* A good understanding of basic accounting principles
* Excellent numerical and data entry skills
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
