Product Manager - Special Applied Skills Programme
Salary Range: £45,000 - £55,000
Location: Mobile Role (Peterborough)
This is a mobile role with travel expected at least one day per week but this will vary throughout the year. At least one day per month will also be spent at the Head Office In Peterborough.

The Product Manager will lead the development and delivery of the Specialist Applied-Skills Programme (SAP) in order to meet the needs of the CITB’s strategic aims. The Product Manager will lead an inspired team, with a key focus on creating value for our stakeholders and demonstrating impact.
The Product Manager will be responsible for:
Empowering their team to deliver effective products throughout the product lifecycle.
Collaborating across departments to design and deliver new products that service the strategic needs of the sector.
Accurately forecasting financial projections and managing budgets.
Developing and executing performance measures that demonstrate impact and value.

The Product Manager will directly lead a team of product people. Additionally, the role will require the Product Manager to influence the wider organisation through informal activities and formal SLA’s. The role will require the Product Manager to negotiate at multiple levels, influencing internal colleagues and our wider stakeholders to achieve the CITB’s strategic aims. Professional communication skills will be vital.
