What you will do:
* Provide specialist psychological and neuropsychological supervision to dedicated brain injury linkworkers.
* Formulate and implement effective plans for psychological and neuropsychological interventions to enhance rehabilitation outcomes.
* Deliver engaging brain injury awareness training to HMPPS staff and maintain collaborative working relationships with a variety of professionals.
* Participate actively in audit and research initiatives to advance the field of brain injury rehabilitation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Hold a degree in Psychology that is recognised by the BPS for Graduate Basis Registration (GBR) or equivalent.
* Possess a doctorate in Clinical Psychology, BPS accredited or equivalent, fulfilling the criteria for HCPC registration.
* Be a registered practitioner with the HCPC.
* Demonstrate thorough knowledge of legislation relevant to our service user groups.
* Showcase experience in producing detailed and insightful clinical reports.
* Exhibit an ability to analyse complex clinical data and integrate it into coherent formulations across different psychological frameworks.
