Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
Location: Gorton, Manchester - onsite role
Reports To: Head of HR
Salary: up to £50k per annum

Job Overview:
The HR Business Partner will play a key role in driving operational excellence, ensuring alignment of HR initiatives and functions with business objectives to support growth. As part of a small HR team, leading 2 HR Advisors and working closely with the Head of HR, you will provide generalist HR support across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Partnering
* Work closely with departmental managers to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that support wider business objectives.
* Work closely with the L&D Business Partner to support the development of all people, adopting and utilising a talent mapping framework.
* Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and best HR practices.
* Act as a trusted advisor to managers on HR matters, providing insights and recommendations.
HR Operations
* Manage all site employee relations activity ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
* Oversee recruitment including operational, salaried and management roles.
* Act as a key contact for the site’s temporary labour provider.
* Collate and manage the ongoing review of HR data relating to KPI’s.
Change and Project Leadership
* Support workforce planning, succession planning, and organisational design initiatives.
* Manage employee engagement initiatives, promoting a positive and inclusive company culture.
* Lead multiple HR projects across all areas of HR.
* Lead a team of 2 HR Advisors to ensure effective day-to-day HR function.
About you:
* Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role.
* Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment legislation, and workforce planning.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Experience of HR systems and ability to analyse HR Data.
* L7 CIPD qualification (or working towards) preferred.
