Role: Recovery Worker - Crisis & Mental Health
Salary: £23,400 (plus an additional £4,000 for completing 6 sleep-ins per month)
Location: Lincoln
Hours: Full and part time roles available. Flexibility to cover all shifts on a rota basis is essential.
We are actively seeking Crisis Recovery Workers to join an exceptional mental health charity at their crisis recovery service in Lincoln. As a key member of their 24/7 service, you will support adults experiencing a mental health crisis.
Responsibilities:
Work within a small team to provide therapeutic intervention support.
Develop and deliver client-led recovery plans to promote control and independence.
Effectively manage risk of harm to the people you support in the service and others.
Liaise with external agencies to facilitate access to a variety of activities and resources.Requirements:
Understanding of mental health issues.
Minimum of 6 months experience within a mental health setting (Transferable knowledge and experience from substance misuse, homelessness, police, probation and mental health settings considered)
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including sleep-ins, waking nights, and 24/7 support.
Excellent communication skills with a flexible, creative, and empathetic approach.Benefits:
