If you are looking for a role that allows you to demonstrate clinical leadership in a low-level needs supported accommodation service for individuals on a mental health recovery pathway, this interesting and unique opportunity in South Manchester may be one for you.
Although the beautifully appointed and well-established service is not a nursing home, they are looking for a Nurse to support clients and colleagues based on their clinical knowledge and experience, working Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM.
This is a varied role with the ability to support colleagues with training and mentoring, as well as providing hands-on care as required.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide clinical leadership and ensure high standards of care.
2. Support tenants with personal goals and daily living skills.
3. Develop person-centred care plans and risk assessments.
4. Oversee staff recruitment, training, and development.
5. Maintain effective communication with external agencies, tenants, and their support network.
6. Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and safeguarding procedures.
7. Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Adult Social Care and Health, CCGs, etc.
Based in Chorlton/Whalley Range, this role pays approximately £38k per annum, with Monday to Friday hours and some on-call duties.
