Leeds Beckett University Estates Department Planning and Development has a responsibility to successfully carry out project works on the University’s buildings and infrastructure to provide excellent teaching and study places for our students. As part of our ongoing duties, we require an administrator to provide cover whilst the current staff member is on maternity leave. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate professional administration skills, including effective use of IT using Microsoft Office applications, bespoke databases, and the raising and approving of purchase orders to various suppliers. This coupled with excellent writing and communication skills and being a good team member. Experience of attending meetings, taking accurate minutes, and issuing meeting reports will also be essential.
