THE ROLE
As a Sales Assistant at Jack & Jones, you will provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with product selection, offering styling advice, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will be responsible for maintaining store displays, processing transactions, and keeping the store clean and organized. Additionally, you will contribute to achieving sales targets, promote current promotions, and support inventory management. A friendly and approachable attitude, along with strong communication skills, are key to delivering exceptional service and building lasting customer relationships.
Please note this role requires flexibility to work early mornings, late evenings and weekends based on business needs, may include standing for extended periods and lifting moderate weights.
This is a temporary position.

WHAT IT TAKES
* Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with product selection and offering styling advice.
* Maintain store appearance by organizing displays, shelves, and ensuring cleanliness.
* Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
* Assist with stock replenishment, ensuring products are always available on the sales floor.
* Promote store promotions, loyalty programs, and upsell additional products to increase sales.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues or complaints in a professional manner.
* Support team members in achieving sales targets and maintaining a positive store environment.
* Keep up-to-date with product knowledge to effectively recommend items and answer customer questions.
* Participate in store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security checks.
