Key Responsibilities: ✔️ Supporting teachers in delivering engaging and structured lessons. ✔️ Providing one-on-one and small group support to students. ✔️ Assisting with lesson planning and preparation of resources. ✔️ Supporting students with additional needs, including SEN and EAL learners. ✔️ Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting a supportive learning environment. ✔️ Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to teachers. Requirements: Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) is essential. Previous experience in a school setting is desirable. Strong understanding of the primary and/or secondary curriculum. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. A passion for education and supporting student development. Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection policies (training available).
