Geo People Team Enablement & Insights, PM
As a Program Manager, you will play an exciting role in an evolving space where you can make an impact. This position will be a key resource within the GEO People Team. You will directly support and drive project initiatives to scale and simplify how our work is delivered.
What you will do:
• Measure and assess stakeholder satisfaction and the efficiency and effectiveness of People Team programs with data collection methods and procedures (e.g., surveys, opinion polls or questionnaires).
• Solve or recommend changes to policies and established procedures to create more efficiencies and add value for the immediate team, larger organization and internal customers.
• Project leadership and delivery end to end, including creating the project charter, timeline, project plans, status reports, resource plans, issues, risks, decisions and administration of the project.
• Facilitate large meetings with diverse partner groups (kickoff meetings, status meetings, steering committee, design sessions, issue meetings, etc.)
• Drive and communicate issues, expectations, deliverables, and key project landmarks across functional areas.
• Manage a broad variety of projects, varying in complexity, across multiple locations across the globe.
• Manage various efforts including requirements gathering, design, testing, conversion, integrations, training, communications and reporting
• Use understanding of current business processes, objectives and challenges to drive solutions and improvements.
• Establish and maintain internal and external stakeholder trust by effectively addressing their concerns and advocating for their needs to further long-term interests.
• Develop an awareness of industry info, including trends, challenges, concepts, and success strategies.
• Monitor progress and initiate actions to meet project milestones, timelines, specifications and requirements.
• Proactively manage risk, working with the team to anticipate new risks and leads mitigation planning.
• Lead increasingly complex non-technical projects with some supervised work on ambiguous, adaptive programs.
• Coordinates with team members and stakeholders to execute new ideas or approaches and achieve process improvement goals.
• Create clear, concise and organized communication materials (e.g., policies & procedures, guidelines, presentations, messages).
Who you are:
• Deep experience in a People Team/HR function; Employee Relations preferably
• You have first-class influencing skills, including experience working within a large organization and a facility for working with cross-functional teams to deliver
• Demonstrated aptitude for learning new systems, subject matter, and processes quickly
• Ability to sometimes work flexible hours to support projects in global locations
• You are comfortable multi-tasking and able to handle multiple tasks and projects at a time
• You have a solid track record leading successful high impact and complex projects
The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $110,500.00 to $155,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $177,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
