Service Manager Wanted!
Our client is seeking a Service Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The Service Manager will be working for a growing company, leading and managing the refrigeration service department. The Service Manager must have proven management experience in the refrigeration or HVAC industry, as well as strong technical knowledge.
Key Responsibilities for the Service Manager:
Organise and oversee staff schedules and rotas
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training and development
Supervise and manage a team of refrigeration engineers and service staff
Monitor KPIs, Service Response times and client satisfaction
Implement and monitor health and safety procedures for all service activities
Build and maintain strong relationship with clients to ensure repeat business and satisfaction
Manage the service department's budget, ensuring cost efficiencySkills Required for the Service Manager:
Minimum of 5 years in a technical or managerial role within the refrigeration or HVAC industry
Strong understanding of refrigeration systems and industry standards
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
F-gas certification or equivalent
