Recruitment Administrator
Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Duration: 11 weeks
Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm
The role:
Our client is looking for a talented individual to join their recruitment team, to help them make a real difference by recruiting and on-boarding some great new colleagues who are passionate about retail.
Main Responsibilities:
* Preparing and updating job adverts
* Screening candidates in relation to the job role
* Interviewing and selection
* Checking Right to Work documents, adhering to GDPR
* Keeping the recruitment platform up to date
* Liaising with key stakeholders and candidates to ensure a smooth on boarding process
* Complying with company policies and procedures
* Adhering to Company Health and Safety procedures
* Ensuring that a sensible work life balance is maintained by self and colleagues
* Ensuring compliane and that statutory training requirements are met
About you:
* Previous administrative and customer services experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Good attention to detail and interpersonal skills
* Proactive in nature and forward thinking using your own initiative
* Proficient in MS Word and Excel
* Confident in communicating with candidates and key stakeholders
* Results driven to support the recruitment needs of the business
