We are currently looking for a full-time person to provide administrative support to the Service and Maintenance department. What you'll be doing: Supporting the Service Manager and the Technical Support Engineer, your main purpose will be to make sure that our customers are receiving the best service and support possible. This will mean assisting in the production of quotations for service and maintenance. You would also be required to produce RAMS for remedial service and maintenance jobs. Assisting the parts administrator in preparing parts and materials for the engineers and returning of warranty and incorrect parts. You will also be involved in sourcing and ordering parts and materials and the administration of these orders. Duties: Preparing quotations for service Preparing new install quotations for maintenance Returns of warranty & incorrect parts Starting off RAMS Assisting Parts Administrator to prepare parts/materials for service jobs Getting part prices Follow up on quotations What's in it for you? a generous basic wage excellent training opportunities 25 days per annum, plus bank holidays, increasing with service. pension scheme.
