As an Internal Sales Manager, you'll be at the forefront of driving growth by nurturing strong relationships with both new and existing customers. Your role will include pipeline management, strategic planning, and delivering outstanding internal sales support to meet and exceed set targets.
Role and responsibilities:
* Developing and managing a defined portfolio of regional specifiers and merchants.
* Identifying, qualifying, and converting leads into tangible opportunities.
* Acting as a key point of contact for customer inquiries and escalations.
* Creating demand, managing the sales pipeline, and ensuring accurate CRM records.
* Collaborating closely with the Specification Sales Team and other internal departments.
* Monitoring market trends and aligning strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
* Negotiating commercial terms and managing the contract process.
Experience and expertise:
* Proven experience in internal sales or a similar commercial role.
* Resilience, professionalism, and the ability to navigate challenging conversations.
* A customer-first mindset and ability to build meaningful business relationships.

* Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
