The Chancery Rosewood - opening in Summer 2025, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It will include 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, including a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.
We are seeking a Guest Services Supervisor to ensure our guests are greeted with warmth and efficiency creating a lasting first impression. This role is for someone who excels in a dynamic environment, values exceptional service, and takes pride in delivering seamless guest experiences. You will lead and motivate your team, providing coaching and support to maintain unparalleled levels of service, contributing to an unforgettable stay for our guests. This role is due to start in June 2025.
Key responsibilities:
* Oversee the guest services department, ensuring exceptional service delivery and maintaining smooth operations.
* Lead, train, and support a dedicated team of associates, fostering a high-performance culture.
* Develop a deep understanding of the entire guest journey, ensuring smooth collaboration across departments providing guests with a seamless experience at every touchpoint.
* Effectively manage guest requests, ensuring timely, accurate follow-ups and resolutions to maintain a positive guest experience.
* Proactively maintain the high standards of cleanliness and safety of the entrance area, ensuring a welcoming experience for all guests.
