Work hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30 with the possibility of flexible work hours to suit your needs Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience 23 days holiday plus bank holidays Regular training and workshops to increase your knowledge and enhance your existing skillset Access to an EAP A supportive and collaborative culture where you are recognised and rewarded for your contribution Data Administrator Responsibilities: Use your strong administration skills to gather and compile relevant data for weekly and monthly audits Collaborate with the wider team to generate a variety of reports for stakeholders and customers Maintain and regularly review data to ensure it is accurate and consistent and to correct any anomalies and errors Liaise with a range of departments to gather data for compliance purposes Support in the development of new data processes, procedures and workflows to enhance the company's compliance and efficiency Assist with consolidated invoicing and reporting and handle invoice queries Data Administrator Skills and Experience: Experienced Administrator who enjoys the reporting and data side of administration and is confident in creating reports Possesses strong Excel skills, experienced in working with data analysis functions including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and Macros Familiarity with data management and reporting systems would be beneficial Demonstrates excellent organisation and time management skills, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines Has outstanding communication skills, confident liaising with customers and internal departments to gather data Robust and resilient, able to work on own initiative and work to a high standard A keen eye for detail, confident inputting data and transforming it into easy-to-understand reports Minimum of 3 GCSEs including English and Maths Due to a lack of public transport links, it is essential that the successful candidate drives and has access to a car
