A new and exciting opportunity has become available to join the Respiratory Team at the William Harvey Hospital. This role will provide administrative support to our clinical teams across the site.
The successful applicant would be joining a motivated team, responsible for monitoring and supporting patients through their pathway from referral to treatment, whilst also working closely with clinicians to ensure patients are at the heart of everything we do.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide comprehensive administration, clerical, and audio typing support to Consultants and their teams.
2. Work in a team-based secretarial service providing support for the administration teams and ensuring continuity of the service.
3. Monitor and support the patient’s pathway.
4. Act as the point of liaison between patients, GPs, other staff, and outside agencies.
