About the role
The Governing Board wishes to appoint a highly motivated, forward-thinking Assistant Headteacher to join our senior leadership team.
We are looking for an Assistant Headteacher who will:
* Lead and inspire our Nursery and Reception teams, ensuring exceptional provision and outcomes in the Early Years Foundation Stage.
* Support the SENDCo in delivering and maintaining high standards of inclusive practice across the school.
* Lead, manage, and develop high-quality teaching and learning within their phase.
* Play a strategic role in enabling our disadvantaged pupils to make accelerated progress.
* Inspire a love of learning in both staff and pupils.
* Motivate and develop positive relationships with staff, parents, and children.
* Lead by example, modelling excellent practice and contributing to the school’s vision and ethos.
