Key Responsibilities:
1. Audio typing and document preparation
2. Reception duties, meeting and greeting clients
3. Managing time recording and billing, including Legal Aid cases (training provided)
4. Handling incoming and outgoing post
5. Diary management and scheduling
6. Raising invoices and financial administration
7. Drafting legal documents under supervision
8. Overseeing case archiving and court post box collections
