The Online Business Development Manager role is a specialist sales role to execute our broader KP Sales Strategy into an online plan with Pure Play retailers Ocado and Amazon. Specifically, you will have full responsibility for day-to-day management and leadership of Ocado and Amazon. Your key contacts & relationships externally will be with the Amazon vendor manager, Ocado Buyer, and Category Team. You will play a pivotal role in the Online KP team, leading the Grocery Forum and our relationship with E- Fundamentals.
As Online Business Development Manager, what will you be doing?
1. Develop & Lead our online strategy for the customer across activation, analysis & reporting with full P&L responsibility for Amazon and Ocado.
2. End-to-end management of P&L from Forecast to Cash.
3. Work with key internal stakeholders to bring our marketing campaigns to life and maximize ROI.
4. Full responsibility of the online activation plan & execution linked to commercial trading objectives.

Job Requirements
1. Previous FMCG sales experience and a proven track record of success.
2. Full P&L ownership & accountability with a high level of commercial acumen (preferred).
