We are excited to welcome passionate and experienced Level 3 Social Workers to join our Adult Social Care teams across the beautiful county of Dorset.
We currently have the following opportunities available:
* Community Mental Health Teams located in Weymouth and Blandford
* Peripatetic Team serving various areas across Dorset
* Continuing Healthcare (CHC) Team, based in Dorchester
* Community Learning Disability Teams in Bridport, Dorchester, Weymouth, and Portland.

What you can expect to be doing:
You will be undertaking strengths-based assessments, support planning, and reviews to support customers to achieve their outcomes and promote their independence.
You will be working as part of a busy team and alongside other teams within the local authority.
Multi-disciplinary practice will be integral to the role.
About you:

You will have excellent communication skills, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have a flexible approach, and be able to work closely with a range of professionals.

You will need to be confident with the legal basis for practice and be able to demonstrate a good understanding of the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, Mental Health Act 2007, Human Rights Act 1998, and Equality Act 2010.
You will embrace continuous professional development and embody our behaviours of responsibility, respect, recognition, and collaboration.

Relocation expenses package
A generous relocation package is payable, of which up to £8,000 (of HMRC eligible elements) are free of tax. We can offer you help to move whether you are looking to buy or rent, depending on your circumstances.
Our package includes:
* an initial advance of up to £2,500 payable when you start
* help towards fees associated with buying/selling (up to £6,500)
* an option to receive help towards your rent or mortgage in the first two years
