If so, read on as we are looking for a Building Fabric Team Leader to join us in and around the Exeter area!
* Salary: £38,367 per annum
* Door to door pay
* 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays
* Additional earnings available through overtime
* 4% bonus, subject to achievement of targets (historically paid out)
* Van (with option for personal use from day 1) and fuel card

You will demonstrate effective communication with clients management and colleagues, and take ownership of proactively managing your field team.
* Provide guidance, coaching and general management to maximise staff capability, managing training needs where applicable
* Help ensure the quality of the work through effective management, both on and off site, and a thorough review process both before and after the works are completed
* Carry out various repair & renewal works to our clients external and internal customer focused areas, to include but not limited to: -
-Patch Plastering/Rendering
-Protection where required
-Carpentry works
-Various floor coverings
-Wall Tiling
* Undertake surveys and produce scope of works
* Ensure compliance to all H&S related areas including, skills related training, accreditation, effective H&S auditing and adherence to testing schedules
* Co-ordination of suppliers to ensure operational success through maintenance of tools and equipment
* Validation of correct data within Timetrack and information/schedules on Aeromark
* Maximise production levels by ensuring efficient controlling of materials purchase
* Assist with the financial and budgetary controls to ensure business expectations and all financial matters are dealt with effectively
* Support with the development and implementation of cost savings to the Client
* Ensure all activities are undertaken by all team members with the corporate Values and Behaviours in mind
To be successful in this role you will have:
* Experience of working in a supervisory position
* Experience of working in a Building Fabric role
* City & Guilds / BTEC Qualifications would be an advantage
Other Factors
* This position will involve working nights from Sunday to Thursday or Monday to Friday and weekend working maybe required upon occasion.
* The post holder must be able to work flexibly, as determined by business requirements and this may involve travelling to other regions within the UK or overnight stays, dependent on business demands
* Due to this role being field-based / mobile having a UK driving license is mandatory
